As a guarantee of the superior quality of the PoweriSer, we offer a 12 MONTH GENERAL WARRANTY with 6 months on the Spring and Pad in Contact with the ground. If you have an issue with a part of your PoweriSer, we will replace the part at no charge if the unit is unused. Please inspect the product before you begin use to avoid any issues. If the entire unit is defunct in some way, we will similarly replace it. Please keep your receipt for warranty purposes.
The warranty does not apply in cases when the unit has been used in any manner not prescribed by the users manual.
Returns of unopened units must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returns of used products will not be accepted.

Unpaid Orders - You can cancel an unpaid order at any time
Paid Orders - You can cancel an unpaid order at any time as long as it has not been shipped
Paid Orders - Order HAS been shipped: If you have placed an order, paid for it, and the order has been shipped, we can cancel the order but you will be resonsible for the shipping cost to ship the order back to us. The cancellation will not occur until the product has been returned via trackable shipping (UPS, DHL, or Fed-Ex).PAYMENT INFORMATION - Back
We have strict policies to protect each of us from fraudulent credit card and PayPal account use. If your order is paid via credit card or PayPal, we will ONLY ship to the name and billing address registered on the account. You will be asked to sign for your package by the shipper.
If your order’s Shipping, Billing, and Payment information is NOT the same on your order form, we will cancel your order and payment.If you would like your order shipped to an address different from your credit card or PayPal registered address, please make payment via Money Order or Western Union.
